Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, then usually arrive in 1–3 business days in Singapore, 3–5 in Malaysia and 7–14 internationally.

Shipping is S$3 in Singapore, RM7 to Malaysia and S$20 to other countries. Orders above S$200 ship free to Singapore and Malaysia, and orders above S$400 ship free everywhere else. International orders may have import duties or taxes, paid by the customer.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Cancellations

You can cancel as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Because our products are consumables, all sales are final. We can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has shipped, including for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos at hello@mirecleglow.com or on WhatsApp +65 8120 8085. Once we've checked it, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
